Horseshoe

OVERVIEW:
Out of 7 cards, 3 are Major Arcana, 2 are Wands, 1 is Swords, and 1 is Cups. The abundance of Major Arcana suggest the issue is of great significance, while the backdrop of Wands show the importance of motivation.
CARD 1: The Past (and how it formed the present)
Temperance TEMPERANCE: It is a card of alchemy - the ability to blend opposing factors into new wholes. This brings harmony between the inner and outer worlds. The mind and emotions are in balance. You have learned the value of moderation and know how to keep a cool head in stressful situations. You are not easily distracted by mood swings and prefer a steady path to fluctuating extremes. This mentality creates a stable foundation from which to work from.
CARD 2: The Present (and what is known)
6 of Swords 6 of Swords: A journey, whether physically or in the mind. It signifies sailing away from troubles, leaving a painful situation behind, perhaps even abandoning it, in favor of a new life. It is usually a card of relief and hope for a brighter future, but can sometimes point to escapism and irresponsibility. Be careful that you are not simply running from your problems, because they will follow you. Lessons have a nasty habit of repeating themselves until you learn how to face them.
CARD 3: Hidden Influences (that you are not aware of)
The Sun THE SUN: This a very warm card of energy, happiness, and success. Nothing can hide from the light of the sun. There are no ulterior motives, no fine print, no tricks or strings attached. This is your moment of clarity where everything is as it seems. The placement of this card suggests that your circumstances are making you doubt the stroke of luck and opportunities that are available to you. They seem too good to be true, but in this case, they do not lie. Go forward without fear!
CARD 4: Obstacles (that stand in your way)
The Hierophant THE HIEROPHANT: This card stands for the power of institutions, authority, and traditional morality. Although it typically refers to priests, teachers, and bosses, it can also indicate parents and family elders. It implies a teacher-student, leader-follower relationship where you look to others for guidance. This could either be out of genuine respect you feel for their experience, or a an oppressive yoke of fear. Since this position stands for obstacles, it implies the latter. You are afraid to break free from the mold and think for yourself. You feel weighed down by the expectations of others, preventing you from acting on your desires.
CARD 5: Your Environment (and how it is affecting you)
4 of Wands: Your hard work has paid off and you are now celebrating the fruits of your labor. It can be compared to a time of rest after a good harvest. This is a card of stability and security, of the first phase of a goal reaching completion. Perhaps you have achieved success in a project, or have reached all you can in a particular position, and are now looking for a promotion. Your efforts have laid the foundation for future prosperity.
CARD 6: Advice (on how to move forward)
Queen of Wands Queen of Wands: This card refers to a person you know, an aspect of your own personality, or even an event. This Queen is a very energetic, warm-hearted person who inspires others through her boundless enthusiasm. She industrious, charismatic, and gets along with just about anyone. The advice here is if you let your passion shine, others will be drawn to you like moths to a flame. Stay motivated and don't settle for anything less than what you're worth.
CARD 7: The Outcome (if the Advice is followed)
Ace of Cups Ace of Cups: This is the Holy Grail, a wellspring of love and rejuvenation. It stands for healing that comes from the heart. A cup overflowing with joy that you want to share with the world. Your feelings run free, inspiring wild creativity and deeper self-expression. They can even work towards the flowering of psychic talents. All in all, it points to an outcome of emotional fulfillment and a clearer sense of purpose.
SYNTHESIS:

There is a theme of restless tension in this reading with many cards that oppose one another. This is what the Temperance card speaks of, by pointing out your ability to harmonize opposites. You are no stranger to conflict and your past has taught you to temper your more volatile aspects in favor of stability and moderation. Though this brings you inner harmony, others may interpret it as a sign of weakness and take advantage of your unwillingness to rock the boat.

You find yourself in a situation where you have reached a pinnacle in your field, but your success is not welcomed by all. By now you are used to watching your back and being cautious around jealous co-workers, which makes it that much difficult to appreciate new opportunities for what they are instead of worrying about a catch. Your achievements have been noticed, and you have the chance to get away from your current environment to be part of something much more rewarding.

Change can be a threatening experience to somebody most comfortable with stability. You are used to working under an explicit authority figure and living up to the standards they set for you. It is difficult to shake the status quo and think for yourself, yet this is exactly what is required of you if you want to move forward to a more fulfilling life. Nurture the burning passion inside you and allow it to radiate outwards, infecting everyone around you. Let them be swept away by your vision and charisma. Only then will you free yourself from the demands of others and find your true calling.
