OVERVIEW:
Out of 11 cards, 6 are Major Arcana, 2 are Cups, 2 are Pentacles, and 1 is Swords. The abundance of Major Arcana cards suggests the issue is of great significance, and may deal with circumstances beyond your control.
CARD 1: The Issue (what is most relevant to you at this time)
Death DEATH: This is a card of transformation. There is much change going on in your life right now. The old is being swept aside to make way for the new. This process can be unsettling as often as it can be liberating, but change is inevitable, and to fight it is to deny life itself. Release the past and allow yourself a fresh start.
CARD 2: Clarification (of The Issue)
The Star THE STAR: A card of hope, healing, and renewal. It suggest that the changes you are going through are for the better. Perhaps you have discovered a new talent, nurturing an old talent, found a wellspring of inspiration, or an inner peace that is allowing you to handle your transformation with beauty and strength. It could even imply psychic ability, spiritual guidance, and self-fulfillment.
CARD 3: Your Potential (what this situation can bring out of you)
Knight of Swords Knight of Swords: This card refers either to a person you know, an aspect of your own personality, or even an event. This Knight is not one that likes to beat around the bush. He is brave, bold, and often ruthless in his methods. He will charge onto the scene, seize what he wants, and not concern himself with those who get trampled along the way. His energy is very volatile so you must be careful how you use it. When properly channeled, he is strong enough to overcome any obstacle and is a valiant champion for a good cause. When his powers are misdirected, he can be violent and cruel.
CARD 4: Where You Are Now (the present tense)
5 of Pentacles 5 of Pentacles: This is card of lack, the feeling that something is missing. The deficiency could be emotional, spiritual, or (more often than not) material. One of the most popular images for this card is of beggars huddling outside a church. Poverty and destitute, yet denying the help that is before them. Perhaps you like to do things on your own no matter how bad things get. Do you consider accepting help a sign of weakness? It is also a card of the Outsider, whether that status is self-imposed or attached to you.
CARD 5: The Foundation (past influences responsible for the current situation)
Ace of Cups Ace of Cups: As the first card in the suit of Cups, this signifies emotional beginnings. It is the the overflowing of raw feeling. It could be a new love, the rejuvenation of an old love, creativity or even psychic inspiration. It suggests that the changes came about as a result of an emotional awakening, or the desire to express yourself.
CARD 6: Immanent Future (what's coming up)
The Moon THE MOON: Nothing is as it seems by the light of the moon. It is hard to see, and what is visible is often distorted. This is a card that walks a fine line between a vibrant imagination and just plain lunacy. It is a card of the subconscious, and that could be a very fun or very dangerous place depending on your state of mind. Given the positive trend of emotional cards, The Moon probably indicates the former in this case. You are entering a time of creativity and dreams, even the wilds of psychic visions.
CARD 7: You (how you see yourself now)
2 of Pentacles 2 of Pentacles: This card is all about a balancing act - work and play, friends and family. Is juggling multiple priorities something that is fun and natural for you, or are you struggling on a tightrope? Is the new influx of ideas adding priorities into the mix that weren't there before? Are the present changes upsetting the balance you have worked to maintain?
CARD 8: Your Environment (external influences)
The Fool THE FOOL: This is another card of change or, rather, of beginnings. It can be seen as the first card in the sequence of Major Arcana, signifying the beginning of a major cycle. You are stepping bravely into unfamiliar territory and are surrounded by the unknown. It is wise to approach this with a sense of wonder and a willingness to learn. Past knowledge will be of little use here. You are being called to open your mind to fresh possibilities and new experiences.
CARD 9: Hopes & Fears (your personal feelings about the situation)
The World THE WORLD: The final step in the Major Arcana, this is a card of completion. It brings with it fulfillment, synthesis, unity, and enlightenment. It means graduation from a major cycle in your life - mastering its lessons and reaping its rewards. There is a sense of wholeness and accomplishment. But because this is in the position of "Hopes & Fears," it points more to the nebulous world of desires than reality. This is something you want from the situation.
CARD 10: The Outcome (what you will arrive at if you do not change your course)
The Magician THE MAGICIAN: This card brings the skill to use all the tools available to you towards manifesting your goals. It is a card of great intensity, willpower, and the ability to bend reality to your desires. As above, so below; as in your mind, so in the outer world. A card of somebody in control of their life and consciously directing its course. It also implies cleverness, craftiness, and manipulation. The outcome looks bright. You will find yourself in an advantageous position from which you could wield much power over your surroundings.
CARD 11: Clarification (of The Outcome)
Page of Cups Page of Cups: This card refers to a person you know, an aspect of your own personality, or even an event. The Pages are the youngest of the Court Cards, and are another indicator of beginnings. They can also bring with them news and messages. The Page of Cups deals in matters of emotions and nurturing you creative, intuitive self. They are sensitive, gentle souls - artist and poets. By clarifying The Magician, this Page implies that the outcome has to do with matters of the heart, whether it be new relationships or ways to express yourself.
SYNTHESIS:

There is an overwhelming theme of change and new beginnings in this reading. It starts with the Death card, and carries on with Ace of Cups, The Fool, and Page of Cups. Another overlapping theme is one of emotion, fulfillment, and self-discovery as heralded by The Star, The Moon, Ace of Cups, and Page of Cups. This means that the change was triggered by an awakening to your creative, intuitive potential.

You are becoming aware that something is lacking in your life. Your current job is not satisfying your deeper needs. For a long time you may have thought that there was no other way, but recent events have inspired your soul with a new sense of purpose. It is giving you hope for the future and the drive to transform your life. Perhaps you are nurturing a talent you always possessed but only now realize has practical applications - either to enrich your current job, or to launch you into a new career. Your priorities are getting rearranged as a world of possibilities is opening before you.

This is a change that comes from the heart and, as such, there is much soul searching ahead for you. You will need to explore the wilderness of your own subconscious. It is not a tame or rational place and can be frightening for a lot of people, but the treasures brought back from your travels will be well worth the effort. Remember that confusion can be your ally in this transformation. Confusion helps destabilize worldviews that are limiting you so that new ones could form. It rids us of biases so we could begin to see clearly.

This is all very exciting, but you have to be careful, because you are looking ahead of yourself. You are expecting to change your life overnight when you are only approaching the threshold. This outlook could needlessly discourage you from continuing on your path. Take it one step at a time, don't set unrealistic expectations, and you will attain your desires. Know that you have the skill to make the most out of the opportunities given you, and the strength to follow your dreams.
